South on Highway 102, travel approximately 10.5 kms. until you see the overhead sign that says Dartmouth Halifax via Bridges 118 to 107.
Travel along this route until you see exit 13E (Cole Harbour/Eastern Shore) - travel another 8.5 kms. and you will come to a major intersection. Go straight through and you are now on Forest Hills Parkway.
You will pass through 3 traffic lights. As you go through the 3rd. set, stay in the right hand lane. You will pass through 1 more set of traffic lights. (on the right you will notice a small shopping center. Stay right and you are now on Cole Harbour Road.
Our office is on the left hand side of Cole Harbour Road (#942), just past a set of traffic lights.
Coming from Halifax:
Take the MacKay Bridge and after you pass through the toll (.75) you are on Highway 111.
As you travel east you should stay in the left hand lane as you pass the MicMac Mall on your right. Here you will see a number of exits from what was originally called the MicMac Rotary.
After you pass through this interchange you should move into the right hand lane and take Exit 7E (Woodlawn Rd., Cole Harbour). You will now be on Portland Street.
Travel along Portland Street through 4 sets of traffic lights.
Once you have passed through the 4th set of lights you are now on Cole Harbour Road.
